Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Senior Director to lead deal management projects, directing client service teams and shaping integration and divestiture strategies. You will execute across sectors, drive business development, and mentor team members to grow their careers.

You will collaborate with senior clients, leverage strong analytical skills, and travel as required. MBA and significant M&A experience are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant M&A management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure in detail.
• Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
