Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Senior Director in Deal Management to lead and execute operational projects across sectors, directing client service teams and shaping transaction strategy.

You will drive business development, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with senior clients while guiding integrations, divestitures and risk mitigation in a dynamic hybrid environment. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS or Analytics with 8 years related experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant M&A management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills; translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading in complex environments.
• Ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; build long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across EY-Parthenon sub service lines to deliver operational strategies.
• Drive client pursuits, including presentations and client meetings; contribute to practice development.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their career goals.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and influence key decisions.
