The Baldwin Group seeks an Executive Director, Data Strategy & Operations to lead the firm’s data strategy, governance, and operations across platforms, analytics, and reporting. You will translate enterprise priorities into scalable data solutions that boost decision making, efficiency, compliance, and business performance.

This senior leader partners with executive teams to ensure governance, accessibility, and reliability of data assets, balancing strategic influence with execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data/analytics or related roles.
• Proven success designing governance, operating models, and analytics platforms in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Translate priorities into multi‑year data and analytics initiatives with clear plans.
• Design and maintain the enterprise data operating model, governance structures, and accountability.
• Establish and oversee data governance including ownership, lineage, and quality standards.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory obligations through cross‑functional partnerships.
• Lead teams responsible for data platforms, reporting solutions, analytics enablement, and data services.
