Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Director, Benefits Technology to lead the technology team within the Employee Benefits segment. The role focuses on overseeing benefit eligibility management systems, coordinating with carriers, HRIS, and payroll platforms, and delivering scalable tech solutions for rapid firm growth.

Ideal candidates will have five or more years in benefits administration technology, strong leadership, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years working experience with benefit administration systems, payroll systems and/or HRIS systems and team leadership experience.
• Superb client relations skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations.
• Demonstrates ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills including pivots and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead EBG Technology Team and activities.
• Develop and drive EBG Technology annual goals and objectives.
• Oversee EBG Technology Solution Systems, their infrastructure, and administration.
• Develop long term strategic business plan for EBG Technology Team that is scalable for rapid firm growth.
• Oversee Project Management process, vendor support services, and technology solutions access.
• Promote the firm culture and a high degree of client satisfaction.
