Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking an experienced, data-driven Director to lead the Data & Analytics team within Strategy & Operations. This role combines client delivery, practice development, and team leadership to define data strategies, automate processes, and deliver scalable analytics that improve business performance.

The Director will manage client engagements, budgets, and cross-functional delivery from strategy to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, technology implementation, or client service environments.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience driving growth through new and existing relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently research, solve problems, and develop practical solutions.
• Experience deploying analytics, automation, or data solutions within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by translating data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Design and oversee analytics initiatives using structured and unstructured data.
• Manage projects from requirements through implementation with budget and timeline control.
• Lead or support deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and tech to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Advise clients on data governance, data quality, security, and sustainable operating models.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-enabled analytics to improve client outcomes
• Mentor team members and promote learning and adoption of new technologies
• Support recruiting, talent development, and team-building initiatives
• Drive business development through relationship-building and proposals
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
