Job summary

CACI seeks a Sr. Manager of Business Analytics and Automation to lead data strategy, AI enablement, and enterprise analytics for the Business Development and Operations groups.

The role oversees data governance, analytics, and automation, building reusable data products and AI-ready architectures in collaboration with finance, IT, and senior leadership. The candidate will guide a multidisciplinary team, drive digital transformation, improve data quality, and accelerate data-driven

Qualifications

• BS degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
• 2+ years leading high-performing technical and analytical teams.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise data strategies and executing large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Experience implementing data governance, data quality, metadata management, and lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Inform and execute the business development data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with Business Development priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that advance digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Define strategic roadmaps for enterprise data, analytics, knowledge management, and AI capabilities on behalf of BD.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data, analytics, automation, and business professionals.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics that enable executive decision-making.
