Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Program Manager, AI & Business Process to partner with leadership to improve visibility, optimize program-level finances, and develop practical tools for reporting, analysis, and inventory management. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, automation, and action-oriented insights across finance, operations, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis, advanced Excel, dashboard development experience, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills including margin, cost, expense, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, modeling support, and business case development.
• Experience defining and building dashboards, reports, or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to improve business performance, financial visibility, and inventory optimization.
• Define, build, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and customer-facing reporting for leadership and operations.
• Use Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and comparable BI tools to analyze performance and visualize trends.
• Develop agentic AI-enabled tools and workflows to automate reporting and accelerate analysis.
• Lead inventory analysis and reporting, including accuracy, aging, utilization, replenishment, stock levels, and warehouse capacity.
• Translate insights into business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner across finance, operations, commercial teams, customers, and leadership to execute optimization opportunities.
• Prototype and create tools, and collaborate with technical teams to scale complex solutions.
• Track ROI, cost savings, productivity gains, and reporting efficiency.
