You will lead a world-class team across data analytics, data science, BI, and engineering, driving AI-ready data foundations and scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in data analytics, data science, and data engineering with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to define and implement a data vision driving business outcomes.
• Experience building data foundations and pipelines to support AI/ML initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern data stacks and cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse data team of analysts, scientists, BI engineers.
• Define a scalable data strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmap.
• Champion AI enablement through governance, training data, and pipelines.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, Product and Eng to drive actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle and ensure a single source of truth for metrics.
• Establish master data management standards and data quality rules.
• Strengthen data security, governance, and access controls.
• Develop self-service data platforms and intuitive dashboards.
• Lead data governance council and ensure compliant, auditable data usage.
