Amgen seeks a Data Science Senior Director, Research Data Domain Lead to drive the Research Data Enablement Hub and define the data strategy for Research. You will align scientific and enterprise priorities, pushing for reusable, governed, FAIR data and AI-ready data products.

You will lead a matrixed team, partner with R&D Tech and Enterprise Data Strategy, and shape governance, standards, and prioritization across the domain.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 5+ years of significant relevant experience
• Master’s degree with 9+ years of significant relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 11+ years of significant relevant experience
• At least 5 years experience directly managing people and/or leading teams

Responsabilités

• Lead the Research Data Enablement Hub and execute the Domain Strategy
• Translate strategy into a clear vision, priorities, and roadmaps
• Represent Research Data Domain in enterprise governance forums
• Provide data governance, ownership, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with R&D Tech, EDSE, privacy, security, and compliance
