• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of managing, mentoring, and developing software or data engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• 8+ years of software engineering on the JVM with deep proficiency in Scala and functional programming.
• 6+ years Spark expertise: building, debugging and optimizing distributed Spark applications.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions, Maven/SBT (and related build tools).
• Experience in Agile development and collaborating with global engineering teams.

• Provide Strategic Technical Leadership across multiple teams and ensure architectural integrity.
• Develop and Inspire High-Performing Teams, mentoring data integration professionals.
• Drive Engineering Excellence with modular design, functional programming, and testing practices.
