Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and advanced analytics.
• 12+ years in data leadership roles and enterprise-scale CoE experience.
• Experience in leading governance and enterprise architecture enablement.

Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence Enablement: provide architectural guidance and reference architectures to enable data engineers, platform engineers, and analysts.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: direct and develop a team of data architects and engineering leaders.
• Next-Generation Data Architecture: design and implement modern data platforms and frameworks for large-scale needs.
• Knowledge Graphs & Ontologies: develop graph-based data solutions and semantic models across the enterprise.
• AI-Driven Data Engineering: leverage AI and automation across the data engineering lifecycle.
• API & Knowledge Layer Strategy: define scalable API and knowledge-layer architectures for trusted data access.
• Streaming & Real-Time Platforms: build real-time data capabilities for event-driven processing.
• Developer Productivity: improve tooling and governance to accelerate delivery while upholding standards.
