The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of Next-Gen Data Architecture to guide the evolution of our global data ecosystem from Atlanta. Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering, architecture, and analytics with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing senior technical talent across enterprise data teams.
• Experience in operating within or leading a Center of Excellence (CoE) or enterprise-wide foundational architecture team.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives and evangelize architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence Enablement: provide architectural guidance, reference architectures, and ongoing support to data engineers and analysts.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: direct and develop a team of data architects, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Next-Generation Data Architecture: lead design and deployment of modern data platforms and engineering frameworks for large-scale needs.
• API & Knowledge Layer Strategy: define scalable API and knowledge-layer architectures for trusted data access.
• Streaming and Real-Time Data Platforms: build real-time capabilities for event-driven processing and operational intelligence.
