  • Partner closely with development, land acquisition, engineering, power, finance, legal, and construction teams to align customer demand with available power, site readiness, technical feasibility, project economics, and delivery schedules.
  • Drive the coordination required to secure land, utility capacity, interconnection pathways, and infrastructure solutions that enable customer opportunities to advance into executable projects.
  • Structure and negotiate high‑value commercial agreements, including LOIs, capacity commitments, development agreements, leases, infrastructure services agreements, and other long‑term commercial arrangements.
  • Evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer demand, infrastructure availability, power constraints, development risk, capital requirements, and long‑term profitability.
  • Serve as one of the Company's primary market‑facing leaders, helping position TransGrid Energy as a strategic infrastructure and power partner for the next generation of AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure development.
  • Maintain deep market intelligence regarding data center demand, AI infrastructure growth, utility constraints, available capacity, competitive activity, commercial structures, and emerging market opportunities.
