Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a Director of Data Center Facilities Operations to lead the strategic management of all data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, fire protection, and building systems, across multiple sites. You will own lifecycle planning, standards, budgets, and reliability programs to maximize uptime for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in facilities operations or data center infrastructure with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-site or multi-facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-layered organization to ensure 24/7/365 reliability with zero unplanned interruptions.
• Set site-wide strategy, roadmaps, budgeting, and resource forecasting for data center infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering, IT, and leadership to plan large-scale projects and capacity expansion.
• Oversee maintenance programs, standard work, and continuous improvement across sites.
• Define KPIs and communicate performance to executives.
