SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee the data center technicians who maintain our AI compute infrastructure. The role is critical for delivering peak efficiency and uptime, while guiding a skilled team and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions.

You will manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments, drive process improvements, and collaborate with AI specialists and vendors to support SpaceXAI's ambitious growth and mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or similar critical environments.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting compute-heavy environments (AI/ML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations: manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments for 99.999% uptime.
• Guide your team: train and evaluate Data Center Operations Technicians, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Streamline processes: own hardware lifecycles, incident resolution, and inventory management.
