Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in mission critical infrastructure with 6+ years in data center environments.
• 5+ years hands-on electrical testing and commissioning in critical power environments.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage multiple commissioning efforts.
• Strong safety knowledge including LOTO and arc flash practices.
• Excellent communication with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commissioning programs remotely and onsite across projects.
• Provide hands-on technical support during equipment commissioning and energization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align commissioning scope with customer expectations.
• Escalate technical issues and drive timely resolutions with vendors and OEMs.
• Develop and maintain commissioning procedures, templates, and test scripts.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and ensure on-time project delivery.
