Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Data 360 feature areas and scale a $1B+ product business. You will own the full lifecycle, define strategy, and partner with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact data and AI features.
The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, direct data/AI product exposure, and strong communication skills to influence executives and stakeholders across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
- Direct experience working with data and AI products.
- Ability to define and execute product roadmaps, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, from market analysis to release planning and adoption.
- Develop and maintain a product strategy and detailed roadmap for your areas of ownership.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and other product teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and engage with customers for feedback.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to launch new features and enable sales.
- Champion your feature areas as a subject matter expert.
