Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field; Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of one or more high performing cross-functional teams
• Partner with the PTL to identify priorities and path to address
• Drive execution of the Program vision and strategy for bringing a medicine to patients
• Maintain core program strategy documents (TPP, Clinical Development Plan, Regulatory Strategy)
• Ensure alignment of clinical, regulatory and commercialization plans with the TPP
• Inspire an efficient plan to achieve development and commercialization strategy
• Maintain timely, clear program decisions with stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed cross-functional plans and visual summaries
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership and stakeholders
• Evolve Program Management discipline for a growing portfolio of products
• Stay current on muscle disease research and oligonucleotide development
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence
