Job summary

Starkey is seeking a Senior Director IT – CRM & Commercial Enablement to lead enterprise CRM strategy and governance across B2B and B2C operations from its Eden Prairie headquarters. You will partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Retail to deliver scalable, data-driven CRM solutions that drive revenue growth and improved customer engagement.

The role leads the eCommerce team and collaborates with the Digital Experience group to extend commercial workflows into customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years technology leadership with CRM or commercial-facing roles.
• Hands-on leadership with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) including strategy, integration, adoption, optimization.
• Experience enabling both B2B and B2C across sales, service, marketing, and retail.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Ensure CRM capabilities support sales execution, account management, and data consistency across channels.
• Oversee CRM operations, data quality, and continuous improvement for commercial teams.
• Drive adoption and performance metrics across organizational teams.
• Align CRM with evolving sales models and growth priorities for B2B and B2C.
