Job summary

Starkey, headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a data-driven marketer to serve as the connector and analyst for the Retail Marketing team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of marketing operations or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report marketing activity.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Work with the Retail Marketing Leadership team to develop action plans to enhance marketing channel performance.
• Implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the Retail Marketing ecosystem.
• Evaluate new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
• Create scalable processes to deliver effective and efficient results.
• Establish processes to effectively manage proper billing and accounting of Retail Marketing programs.
• Manage vendor relationships as appropriate in areas of focus.
• Function as a liaison to the Sales team on collaborative projects.
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
