Job summary

Starkey is seeking a data-driven connector and analyst for its Retail Marketing team in Eden Prairie to unify data, optimize campaigns and accelerate cross-functional initiatives. You will build scalable processes, report on performance, and translate insights into strategic actions for stakeholders across Marketing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership, acting as a bridge to drive better outcomes, with a focus on data quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of marketing operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report marketing activity.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Work with the Retail Marketing Leadership team to develop action plans to enhance marketing channel performance.
• Implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting.
