Job summary

Starkey Hearing Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of IT - CRM & Commercial Enablement to lead enterprise CRM platforms and eCommerce initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Retail leadership to align customer data, processes, and technology strategies across B2B and B2C operations.

The role requires deep CRM expertise, 10+ years in tech leadership, and a proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology capabilities with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years technology leadership experience and 7+ years in leadership in CRM/commercial roles.
• Hands-on leadership with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Experience supporting CRM-enabled sales, support, marketing, and retail operations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology capabilities and investment plans.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise vision, roadmap, and governance for CRM and connected platforms.
• Ensure CRM capabilities support sales, account management, and data consistency across channels.
• Lead CRM operations, data quality, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Align CRM with evolving sales models and growth priorities (B2B and B2C).
• Lead the ecommerce and digital experience teams to extend workflows to customer-facing platforms.
