Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Math, OR, Econometrics).
• 7+ years of experience building statistical or ML credit models, esp. credit card.
• Strong Python and/or R; SQL proficiency.
• Experience with credit-risk analytics and lending domain.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year modeling roadmap for credit-risk models and portfolio management.
• Lead end-to-end model development from problem definition to production.
• Translate business objectives into modeling frameworks and performance criteria.
• Develop monitoring frameworks for model performance and risk.
• Establish ML best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with advances in ML and credit-risk regulatory expectations.
