Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• PhD strongly preferred for research in ML/statistics.
• 7+ years of experience developing statistical or ML models.
• Experience in credit risk or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end model development projects from problem to production.
• Define multi-year modeling roadmap and align with business goals.
• Translate objectives into modeling frameworks, variables, and performance criteria.
