Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior Cost Management leader to serve as the primary client relationship lead across major accounts, ensuring premier project delivery and client satisfaction. You will drive growth through retention, cross-selling and expanded service offerings.

You will guide fee negotiations, develop contracts and identify opportunities to broaden Cost Management services, while overseeing revenue forecasting, margins, and profitability. Remote/onsite/hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Preferred certifications: MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship lead, managing major accounts and ensuring exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through client retention, business development, cross-selling, and expansion of service offerings.
• Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals and contracts.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Cost Management services across existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin management, accounts receivable, and overall profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost control, capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation for complex projects.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while driving operational excellence through KPI management, continuous improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
