Job summary

The Pathfinder Network (TPN) in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Director of Corrections Programs to lead statewide ODOC contracts and programs. You will oversee contract administration, program implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement with a focus on evidence-based practices.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will collaborate across departments, supervise a management team, and drive growth while ensuring trauma-informed, culturally responsive services for

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
• Five+ years program management and service delivery experience.
• Four+ years supervising a diverse team.
• Intermediate computer skills with databases, web-based tools, word processing, email and spreadsheets.
• Experience working with justice-involved populations.
• Experience in corrections settings and nonprofit leadership.
• Experience managing grants and contracts.
• Lived experience with the criminal legal system is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and trauma-responsive support to managers, staff and interns.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and supervise management staff and evaluate performance.
• Lead operation of corrections programs and pursue expansion where appropriate.
• Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and program performance with ODOC partners.
• Collaborate with ODOC and community partners to advance strategic goals.
• Model accountability, equity, and shared leadership across the team.
• Ensure compliance, reporting and documentation for grants and contracts.
• Travel as needed and engage in ongoing staff development.
• Represent the agency in partnerships and community engagement.
