Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, human services, public health, or related field and six (6) years in a large, complex community corrections system leading cross-system change with at least four (4) years in supervision.
• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in a large, complex community corrections system with at least four (4) years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and strategic planning for all Community Corrections functions.
• Oversee probation, parole, residential services, victim services, and related programs with emphasis on fairness and evidence‑based practice.
• Manage department budgeting, staffing, and resources with accountability and transparency.
• Foster a collaborative culture that values communication, belonging, and professional growth.
• Represent the department to County leadership, justice partners, and the public with professionalism and strong relationships.
