Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Corporate Retirement Plan Services business strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and service enhancements.
• Participate in annual business planning, budgeting, and departmental goal-setting.
• Lead standard KPIs and reporting metrics for the division.
• Manage day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and development of the retirement plan services team.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the division.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts for staff.
