Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow corporate and foundation support
• Lead and inspire a high-performing development team to achieve ambitious revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years in fundraising/development within large, complex organizations, including 10+ in leadership roles
• Proven track record driving revenue, operations, and performance outcomes
• Tech- and data-savvy, with a creative approach to donor cultivation and stewardship
• Ability to meet a hybrid schedule
