Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our ethics and compliance programs. This role will also supervise the Corporate Investigations function and ensure adherence to laws and industry standards.

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to senior management, oversee whistleblower processes, and partner with internal audit to monitor and remediate compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ethics and compliance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance programs aligned to guidelines.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline, report to Board and Risk Committee on compliance status.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and actions.
• Partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and hotline analysts.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on ethics and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
