Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Director of Corporate Development to advance our inorganic growth agenda within the Finance team. The role leads end-to-end execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and partnerships, and partners with operators on integration plans and KPIs.

You will report to the SVP, Deputy CFO from our New York City office, with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days) and a base pay in the $218k–$286k range plus equity, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics or business administration.
• 12+ years in analytical financial roles with leadership responsibilities.
• 8+ years of corporate development experience including M&A.
• 7+ years of executive-level collaboration and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Define integration plans, KPIs, and governance to ensure value delivery.
• Develop market maps and a thesis-driven sourcing strategy for targets.
• Lead long-term financial and capital modeling for growth initiatives.
• Evaluate strategic growth initiatives with Corporate Strategy partner teams.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
