Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Development to lead the company's inorganic growth as part of the Finance team. Based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), you will drive end-to-end M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.

You will report to the SVP, Deputy CFO and work with the executive team to build market theses, run complex financial models, evaluate opportunities, and ensure successful integration and value realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytical financial roles with leadership.
• 10+ years using expert financial modeling in corporate development.
• 8+ years corporate development experience including M&A modeling and negotiation.
• 7+ years working with C-suite and Board members.

Responsibilities

• Deal execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Define integration plans and post-close KPIs.
• Market mapping and thesis-driven sourcing strategy.
• Lead long-term financial and capital modeling.
• Evaluate strategic growth initiatives with Corporate Strategy team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
