Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Director of Corporate Development to lead the finance-driven inorganic growth agenda. Based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week; Thursdays required).

You will oversee end-to-end deal execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, while partnering with executives to drive integration and value realization. Competitive base pay and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of analytical financial experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 10+ years in corporate development with M&A modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
• 7+ years of executive-level interaction with C-suite and Board members.

Responsibilities

• Deal execution: lead end-to-end corporate development across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, including target sourcing and due diligence.
• Integration: define integration plans, synergy targets, post-close KPIs, and governance.
• Market mapping: develop thesis-driven sourcing strategy and target universe.
• Advanced financial & capital modeling to inform growth and capital allocation decisions.
• Strategic initiative evaluation & due diligence with Corporate Strategy team.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
