Versa Networks in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Senior Director of Product Management – Core Security & Security Operations to define the multi-year security strategy across threat prevention, data protection, endpoint security, and SecOps. You will steer inspection engines, drive compliance, and commercialize security innovations across Versa’s portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps with customers and partners, and collaborate with Threat Research, cryptography, and Cloud

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Product Management experience in enterprise cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or Senior Director).
• Deep technical knowledge across NGFW/IPS/AV/ATP sandboxing, DLP, EPP/EDR, Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product strategy for core threat prevention, data security, secure browsing, and operational security.
• Benchmark against top competitors to maintain market-leading efficacy and latency.
• Lead roadmaps for threat prevention, data protection, and security operations tooling.
• Collaborate with Threat Research, cryptography, kernel and cloud secops teams to optimize performance.
