Job summary

Qualys is seeking an executive leader to define and execute enterprise Product Security strategy across cloud-native platforms, secure SDLC, and regulatory compliance. You will steer global security engineering, architecture, and compliance teams while partnering with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Legal, and executives.

The role demands directing budgets, forecasting, and cross-functional influence on roadmaps, with deep expertise in framework controls and secure software practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, product/security, or security architecture with 7+ years in leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling global Product Security orgs.
• Experience guiding directors, managers, and security engineers; strong executive communication.
• Proven ability to influence roadmaps across product and engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in product security, cloud security, DevSecOps, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Product Security strategy across cloud-native platforms and secure software development.
• Lead global security engineering, architecture, and compliance teams; partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and execs.
• Manage security budgets, forecasting, vendors, and enterprise programs; report to the Board as needed.
• Drive regulatory compliance (NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) and multi-cloud security controls across environments.
