Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define and execute foundational AI Infrastructure capabilities across cloud, compute, data, and networking. You will partner with AI product teams to translate requirements into reusable platform services and shape common abstractions across engineering and security.

This cross‑functional role sits in the CTO Office, driving multi‑cloud architecture and scalable, reliable AI workloads for Bloomberg’s platforms and products in New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in AI, platform, cloud, compute, or infrastructure domains.
• Experience building or managing large-scale platform infrastructure used by internal or external developers.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for Bloomberg’s AI Infrastructure, focusing on models, compute, and cloud.
• Collaborate with AI product and engineering teams to translate requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, resilient system architecture.
• Advance multi-cloud capabilities and ensure portability and cost efficiency across workloads.
• Establish product metrics for latency, throughput, availability, and utilization.
