The ideal candidate will hold a CPA and a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, bringing 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years managing teams, in a $1B+ multi-entity environment with complex billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading managers.
• Experience at a $1B+ multi-entity business with recurring revenue and billing complexity.

Responsabilités

• Lead a large, multi-layered organization spanning revenue, corporate accounting, controllership excellence, accounts payable, and order-to-cash.
• Build bench strength by developing managers and raising hiring and performance standards.
• Drive process redesign and automation to scale without adding cost linearly.
