Infinitek Limited seeks a Senior Director, Contracts & Commercial Management to shape the commercial strategy for a flagship hyperscale data center campus and related infrastructure in the United States. You will lead negotiations across EPC, engineering, construction, equipment supply and services while partnering with executive leadership to manage risk and drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in commercial management, contracts or major project delivery.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale capital projects within industries such as Power Generation, Energy, LNG, Utilities, Major EPC Projects.
  • Proven success negotiating complex EPC, construction, engineering and supply agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of post-award contract administration, change management, claims and commercial risk.
  • Experience working with utilities, power, natural gas, infrastructure or customer agreements is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations involving multiple parties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio of complex agreements including EPC, power generation, utilities and services.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, governance procedures and risk controls.
  • Establish contract management systems, registers, dashboards and reporting tools.

Shape the Commercial Strategy Behind One of America's Most Ambitious Digital Infrastructure Developments

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial and contracts leader to join a rapidly growing developer delivering one of the most significant digital infrastructure projects currently underway in the United States.

Backed by substantial investment and entering a critical phase of delivery, the business is developing a flagship hyperscale data center campus alongside dedicated power generation infrastructure. This is the first of several planned developments, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to help build the commercial function while influencing projects that will shape the company's long-term growth.

This is far more than a traditional contracts role. You'll become the commercial lead for a diverse portfolio of high-value agreements spanning EPC contractors, power generation, utilities, natural gas supply, customers, land development and critical infrastructure. You'll work directly with executive leadership, helping establish the commercial framework that will support multiple billion-dollar developments for years to come.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercial, you'll lead commercial strategy across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects while developing scalable commercial processes for a fast-growing organization.

You'll operate at the center of the business, partnering with executive leadership, legal counsel, engineering, development, construction, finance and operations to negotiate complex agreements, manage commercial risk and support successful project execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role within a company experiencing rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio of complex agreements.
  • Negotiate and manage major EPC, engineering, construction, equipment supply and professional services contracts.
  • Support commercial agreements involving hyperscale customers, power generation, utilities, natural gas supply, interconnection and critical infrastructure.
  • Develop commercial strategies that balance project delivery, schedule, cost and contractual risk.
  • Provide executive leadership with commercial recommendations, negotiation strategies and risk assessments.
  • Establish contract management systems, governance procedures and commercial controls.
  • Develop contract registers, reporting tools, obligation trackers and commercial dashboards.
  • Build templates, playbooks and commercial standards that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with legal while maintaining ownership of commercial outcomes.
  • Support multiple high-value projects simultaneously within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What We're Looking For
