Job summary

Samsung TV Plus is seeking a Senior Content & Development executive to lead US/CA initiatives, develop first-to-market content experiences, and manage the content budget. You will collaborate with Programming, Merchandising, Partnerships/BD, Marketing, Product, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Sales and more.

You will bring deep experience in OTT/FAST/CTV, lead large teams, and drive data-driven decisions to grow engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA preferred but not required.
14+ years in content production, management and development.
Experience at the intersection of content and technology in OTT/FAST/CTV.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders.
Ability to manage large, ambiguous programs and priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute acontent strategy aligned with Samsung TV PLUS vision and business growth.
Collaborate with programming, licensing, merchandising, legal, BD, and product teams to source first-to-market content.
Balance commercial viability with audience demand and creative vision in content selection.
Lead a cross-functional team across development, production, and packaging of content.
Manage the content budget and allocate resources to meet objectives.
Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
