Campbell’s in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, building production-grade models and shaping data-driven decisions.

You will mentor team members, partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and R&D, and implement scalable data science solutions across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable business value through advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years deploying advanced analytics and ML in production.
• Strong foundations in statistics, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python or R with scalable analytic solution design.
• 2+ years SQL experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks).
• Experience with ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Knowledge of MLOps, Git, Docker, CI/CD, model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics solutions including ML, AI, and optimization.
• Translate data into actionable insights and ensure reproducibility.
• Own deployment and lifecycle management of production models with monitoring.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and R&D to deliver ROI.
• Design experiments and measure business impact with clear metrics.
• Create compelling visuals and narratives for senior leadership.
