You will shape strategy and influence culture while managing multiple projects with senior leadership support. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in commercial GC, a track record of building high‑performing teams, and a strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial general contracting experience.
• Proven success leading operations for a respected commercial builder.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent business judgment and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple commercial construction projects across Central Texas.
• Mentor and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, and Operations staff.
• Partner with Preconstruction and Business Development to position the company for continued growth.
• Drive accountability for safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Build and strengthen relationships with owners, architects, and key industry partners.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain top construction talent.
• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team helping shape strategy and culture.
