Job summary

Gartner seeks a senior leader to drive Conference Partnerships globally, aligning enablement, programs and strategies with Sales and Services to boost growth and retention at conferences.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with Conference Marketing, and report progress to leaders, while solving complex problems and advancing Gartner’s conference priorities with executive presence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10-15+ years in sales/services, enablement or operations.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with experience building business cases and securing buy-in.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Operations across multiple organizations on conference initiatives.
• Lead regional conference enablement development and execution for Sales and Services.
• Support enablement strategies to improve delivery of information and outcomes.
• Partner with Conference Marketing to address challenges and opportunities for registrations.
• Document and deliver regular updates to Conference leadership on performance and priorities.
• Represent Sales and Services perspectives with Strategic Partnerships Ops and COE teams.
• Lead preparation and development of meeting materials; represent Conferences in leadership meetings.
• Use a curious mindset to identify and remove barriers to sales and service partnerships.
