United Therapeutics Corporation seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead the design and governance of compliance systems and data workflows. This role drives scalable operational solutions, governance, and reporting enablement across HCP engagement, external funding and fair market value.

The candidate will oversee data governance, dashboards, and analytics partnerships, and will shape a third‑party risk program in collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, life sciences, healthcare, information systems or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience in life sciences.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years in life sciences industry (pharma/biotech)
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance, and UAT/implementation
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of compliance systems, workflows and governance structures for key processes.
• Provide governance for data quality, definitions, documentation and control expectations.
• Lead third‑party risk management program development across healthcare compliance risk.
• Influence decisions across functions and communicate effectively to senior leaders.
