Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks a strategic Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead compliance systems, governance, and data enablement. You will drive scalable processes for HCP engagement, external funding, and fair market value, while partnering across IT, Finance, Legal, and business units.

You will guide data quality, reporting outputs, dashboards, and vendor lifecycle controls, shaping a robust compliance program in a dynamic biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field with extensive experience in life sciences compliance.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance, and UAT, with cross-functional impact.
• 7+ years data governance and operational analytics (dashboards, KPIs, data quality).
• Experience partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems, workflows, and data roadmap.
• Oversee data governance across compliance datasets and reporting outputs.
• Build and manage a third‑party risk management program for healthcare compliance.
• Influence cross‑functional decisions and drive adoption of system/process enhancements.
