Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field with 12+ years in life sciences.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years in life sciences.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance, requirements, testing/UAT, and improvement.
• 7+ years data governance and analytics (dashboards, KPIs, data quality).
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience guiding complex cross-functional initiatives with risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to drive system enhancements.
• Strong project management, timelines, risk, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with clear insights.
• Excellent executive-level presentation and communication.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern compliance systems and workflows to support operations.
• Lead data governance for compliance-owned systems and datasets.
• Develop third-party risk management for healthcare compliance.
