Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of life sciences compliance experience or
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of life sciences compliance experience
• 7+ years leading compliance systems and governance, requirements, testing, and rollout
• 7+ years in data governance and operational analytics (dashboards/KPIs)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems and workflows for key processes (HCP engagement, external funding, fair market value).
• Provide data governance standards and dashboards/reporting outputs; ensure data quality and usability.
• Develop and maintain third‑party risk management programs across vendor lifecycles.
• Collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal and business to drive adoption of system/process enhancements.
