Ideal candidates have a JD, bar admission, 10+ years of experience and strong business partnering skills.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission (or District of Columbia) is required.
• 10+ years of experience advising on employee compensation & benefits tax and legal matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide high level technical tax and legal advice to management on worldwide employee compensation and benefit plans.
• Advise on compliance with laws and regulations applicable to compensation and benefits, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Assist with payroll withholding, reporting matters, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, and plan asset investments.
