State of South Carolina seeks a Program Manager IV - Director of Community Mental Health Centers to provide strategic leadership for 16 mental health center directors. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based practices, improving access to services, and aligning Center operations with BHDD goals.

You will drive governance, recruit needed clinical staff, monitor quality, and foster partnerships with community and public/private entities to advance statewide community mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least five (5) years of executive leadership experience in community behavioral health.
• Ability to travel within the state as required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with interagency staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and supervise Community Mental Health Center Directors and ensure alignment with BHDD goals.
• Stay abreast of evidence-based practices and implement model programs in Centers.
• Coordinate with Center Directors to ensure staffing coverage and continuous quality improvement.
• Promote collaboration among patients, families, advocates, agencies and other public/private entities.
