Job summary

Reporting to the COO, the role oversees program performance, compliance, and partnerships with schools and community organizations to advance health equity and growth across city programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare.
• Director-level leadership over healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and strategic direction for community-based programs.
• Provide oversight of community-based programs through department directors.
• Monitor program outcomes, quality metrics, and operational performance through data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, grant, and organizational requirements; promote quality assurance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with SBHC, WIC, and WHCH leadership and external partners to advance growth and integration.
