Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation seeks a Director for Family and Community Health Services to lead community health programs across Pennsylvania. This exempt role oversees home visiting, navigation services, and maternal health initiatives, with a focus on growth, partnerships, and program quality.

The Director will manage a team of 14–16 staff, coordinate with funders, and ensure fiscal integrity of grants and contracts while aligning with PHMC’s strategic plan and HPC missions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in public health, social work, community health, education, or equivalent.
• 5+ years supervising staff in health, public health, education, or community-based programs.
• Experience with grant writing and managing contracts with governmental and private entities.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of family and community health services programs across Pennsylvania.
• Develops vision, expands new social service programs, and diversifies funding.
• Oversees budgets, grants, contracts, and program evaluation for multiple initiatives.
• Supervises 14–16 staff, builds partnerships with funders, and represents HPC/PHMC publicly.
